Sundt is partnering with the City of Denton to complete package two of rehabilitation within the University of North Texas (UNT) and its surrounding neighborhoods.  The scope of work includes a full in-depth street reconstruction that includes 85,764 SY of stabilized subgrade, 152,205 SY of asphalt pavement, 397TNs of lime slurry and the replacement of over 6,100 LF of sanitary sewer, 34 sanitary sewer manholes, 15,200 LF of concrete curb and gutter, 2,300 SY of driveways, and 1,800 SY of sidewalks.

The principal items of work are as follows:

• Full depth street reconstruction with subgrade stabilization.
• Asphalt Paving
• Concrete Curb and Gutter replacement along with replacement of driveways.
• Waterline Replacement including service connections.
• Sanitary Sewer Line Replacement including service connections.
• Storm Sewer infrastructure replacement where identified.
• Concrete sidewalk improvements.
