The project consists of full depth reconstruction of 22 street segments within the NBHD 1 B project area. This includes road reconstruction with subgrade stabilization, asphalt paving, concrete curb and gutter, and driveway replacements (limited to driveways that are within the existing right-of-way). The project aims to limit future construction disruptions by replacing aging water, sanitary sewer lines, select stormwater infrastructure, limited sidewalk improvements and street lighting.

The principal items of work are as follows:

• Full depth street reconstruction with subgrade stabilization.
• Asphalt Paving
• Concrete Curb and Gutter replacement along with replacement of driveways.
• Waterline Replacement including service connections.
• Sanitary Sewer Line Replacement including service connections.
• Storm Sewer infrastructure replacement where identified.
• Concrete sidewalk improvements.
